What is our industry expertise ?

We work through the broader Tech and Sustainability fields, with a keen interest on scaling up organisations and enabling people to grow. 

More so than a specific industry focus, we're interested in partnering with impact driven organisations and individuals.  

Our realm of expertise covers a wide range of industries, focused on  innovation, creation and growth. This includes the On-line (FinTech, SaaS, internet, AI, e-learning, e-Commerce, etc.) and Off-line (FMCG, Retail,  Maritime, Off-shore, automotive, environmental) industries. 

What types of roles do we cover ?

We're typically focusing on niche Talent skills : hard to find Talent. This can include entry-level, hard to find expertise,  up to Leadership and Executive level. 

Unlike other organisations or service suppliers, we have a proven capacity to adapt to different levels, geographies and contexts.  

This  means we are selective about who we partner with ; our objective is to provide a personalised, white glove approach to both candidates and companies.
