Jihane Biotteau was born in France (gône de Lyon) and lived in Finland and The Netherlands. 

She has 18+ years of experience in the Talent space, partnering with startups, scale ups and mature organisations, across different industries, from the wider Tech field (online : SaaS, eCommerce, entertainment, IoT, Food & Delivery, EdTech, Fintech, Engineering and Offline : Maritime, Automotive) to not-for-profit and NGO's. 

Jihane has worked with a variety of stakeholders (including Founders and CxO) , in hybrid and agile ways, across multiple geographies: Europe, Americas, Africa and Asia, with a focus on solving for 'niche' Talent needs. 

Aside of an impressive track record within top-notch recruitment and staffing agencies, and experience as a People and Talent Acquisition Leader, she is also a Certified Trainer and  a Certified iGNLP™ Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner.

After years  driving best practice within agencies, scale ups and international corporate environments, 'The Talent Touch. ' came as a natural next step, with the aim to help others become successful at what they do.
